1-on-1 Performance Coaching
Stronger for your sport. Fitter for your life.
What you’re working toward
Build endurance, speed, agility, strength, and lasting fitness — for your sport and your life. Whether you want a faster run or a more consistent routine, you don’t need an event goal to start.
Who it’s for
- Adults building strength, general conditioning, and a sustainable training routine.
- Runners developing endurance, speed, and confidence.
- Cyclists and other athletes building fitness for their sport.
- Youth athletes across all sports, developing agility, endurance, and confidence.
- Kids: bike introduction, general conditioning, coordination, and healthy habits that support growth and weight management.
Movement. Focus. Shared effort.
How Marco approaches the work
Your goals, experience, and everyday life shape the plan. Marco often trains alongside you, offering direct feedback and adapting the work as you progress. His approach includes practical, general guidance on nutrition, fueling, hydration, and recovery, with discussion of supplements where appropriate to your goals and circumstances, and input from a qualified nutrition professional for specialist needs.
Preparation, execution, recovery
PACE connects purposeful preparation, a willing attitude, honest communication, and efficient effort. Food and fluids before, during, and after each session support the work; rest and recovery help you return ready for the next one.
Where it happens
In-person sessions in the San Diego area, with the setting chosen for your goals:
- Parks, trails, and the track.
- Road and trail cycling routes.
- Ocean and coastal settings for suitable water-based sessions.
- Your home gym, where appropriate.
